About Terri
Theresa “Terri” Moulton is a sought-after expert in the field of change management. A successful entrepreneur and executive consultant, Terri recognized a dearth of resources to help managers lead through change and founded her consulting practice, Performance Change Initiatives, to help organizations drive successful business transitions.
Terri has built her consulting reputation on her ability to integrate the organizational dynamics of business change with the realities of the project life cycle. She has served as a key advisor on high-visibility projects for leaders in financial services, publishing, biomedical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and higher education industries.
In 2009, Terri launched CanChange.com. Terri has taken her 20 years of experience and packaged it up into “ActionPacks” designed to solve the most common challenges and problems encountered during change and transition. CanChange is an online marketplace where organizations needing change management assistance and individuals experiencing personal transition can find help.
Terri has served as an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk Universtiy and at Cambridge College, where she designed and taught a graduate-level program in Personal and Professional Coaching. She has been a guest lecturer and motivational speaker for organizations such as:
IBM Center for Business Value
The National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA)
Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA)
Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)
Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA)
She earned her B.S. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Massachusetts and her M.B.A. from Babson College with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies. She has also received the Babson College Alumni Association Leadership Award and has served as an officer on the Alumni Board.
